Though made of
cabinet-grade plywood, the panhead was painted gloss black to mimic
that classic look of old. It turned out so well that many amateurs
thought it was made from metal! They were shocked when I told them
it was made from wood. The gloss black enamel spray paint I used was
made by ValsparŪ. With the panhead complete, we will now move on to the fabrication of the North Star II's legs.
