The primer has now completely dried and the first thin coat of RustoleumŽ Sail Blue (a.k.a. Vega Blue) spray enamel was applied to the dew shield's exterior while suspended with the PVC pipe and chains I used to paint the main tube. Spray and rotate as usual. Many thin coats of paint will be applied before I am done.
