Photographed here, are the Left and Right Side Supports Arms for the Fork Mount Head. They  will be attached to the sides of the Right Ascension Axis Box. Then, the fork tines will be perpendicularly placed over theses arms and attached to the RA Axis Box to form the Fork Mount Head.
