Right Ascension Support Axis Housing - Left and Right Side Panels

The Left and Right Side Panels are also made of double layers of 3/4" plywood glued and screwed together. They will be joined to the front and rear panels of the support housing in what I call a "Herringbone" joint, which will foster superior strength by reducing the chance of the support housing collapsing under a heavy load (please refer to the design plans for a better look). The approximate dimensions of each section are as follows:

Outside Layer: 12" x 8 1/2"

Inside Layer: 11 1/4" x 7 1/8"
