OTA Finishing and Assembly - Middle Section Close-Up of Finished Tube

In this middle section close-up shot of the main telescope tube, you can see how even the coverage of spray paint has turned out. As mention under the "Tube Preparation" section of the reflector's construction, the spiral wound overlap embossed line on the Sonotube® was removed using my random orbital sander. Now you can hardly see any hint of it after painting, just a nice even regular texture. Removing the line made for a more professional look. Click for a closer view.
