From this angle of the painted tube, you can faintly see the spiral pattern, but not too much. In this front
end view of the tube, you can see that the focuser hole has been covered
to protect the internally flocked surfaces. Click on the image above and
it will reveal a lot more detail - plug holes, surface texture, etc. Then, I
will allow the finished tube to dry and cure thoroughly over a period of
several weeks to achieve a hard durable protective surface.
