RA and DEC Axis's Braking Systems - Completed (Unfinished) DEC Axis Brakes

Ready for sanding and varnishing, here are the completed left and right Declination Axis Braking Systems. The Teflon Pivoting Arms are now sitting on top of the brake systems to show the location of the pennies the tension adjustment screws will push against. Now you can see the screws screw heads that form the pivoting point for the pivoting arms just above the declination axis shaft holes.  For a more detail view, please click on the image above.
