Test fit of the 2" GSO Crayford also proved successful. As you can see in the image above, painters tape was used to temporarily hold the GSO focuser-to-main tube adapter in place to the main tube as it held the GSO Crayford focuser. Later on, holes will be drilled in the main tube to secure the ring in place, via the marks I made earlier. But before this happens, there is a lot more work to be done to the interior of the tube.
