Once the dew shield was fully cured and using some tools of the trade, I installed the ProtoStar® adhesive flocking material to its interior. I used the same method as I did with the objective and focuser internal ends of the main tube.

After installing the flocking material, It turned out that it slightly reduced the dew shield's interior, which helped with getting a somewhat snugger fit onto the SurpluShed thermo-plastic objective cell. Despite the benefit, I STILL had to add some scrap strips of adhesive felt to the objective cell ribs for an even tighter fit. I just don't want to take a chance of having the dew shield slip off.
