127mm f/9.4 OTA Construction - The Dew Shield (flocking 2)

A view down the middle of the dew shield reveals the layout of the ProtoStar® flocking material sections. A pretty god fit, I would say. She's now ready to grace the objective end of the 127mm f/9.4 "BGRP" refractor.

With that, this concludes the fabrication of the various components that make up the VSC/ SAO 127mm "Brigadier general Richard Pierce" refractor OTA. Now, we will assemble the instrument in the following pages.
