Carton 100mm f/13 "MD" OTA Construction - Holes Drilled in Baffles - Ready for Assembly

The finished baffles ready to be installed on the three threaded rods. (Click to see an enlarged image.)

The drilling of the holes to receive the threaded rods are complete. We can now assemble the baffle rack, which will be strategically positioned inside of the main tube. Next, notches will be cut around each baffle to allow for airflow during acclimation. The we can proceed with assembly of the baffle rack in preparation for priming and painting. Note that I have placed markings on each baffle to aid in orienting them when assembling the rack. In this way they will align correctly flow with the focal length.
