In painting the main tube, I applied three plus coats of Krylon "True Blue" spray enamel. It was my plan to use Rustoleum "Sail Blue" (or what we call "Vega Blue) to the main tube, but I could not find any at the time. So the Krylon had to do. It was a bit darking the Rustoleum, but worked out well.
