Now, with the main tube cut to proper size, I had to remove the sharp burrs left over from the cutting process. This was easily done with a small curved face file to work the inside edge. The outer edge of the cut tube was filed with the flat side of the file. This produced an incredibly smooth edge that left no chance of anyone getting lacerated. In any case, during the final tube finishing efforts, the edges will be further smoothed when the main tube is progressively sanded with three grit levels latter in the build.
