Here is the end result of all my efforts. A nearly perfect perpendicularly main tube. The benefit of this effort will definitely show up in the form of splendid images once this scope is done.

The next step in the build of the VSC/ SAO Carton 100mm f/13 "Mary Dawson" refractor will be the test fitting and drilling of holes for the objective cell and focuser. At that time, collimation of the Crayford focuser will be done too.
