Here is the adhesive backed ProtoStar flocking material fully attached and cured to the Mylar backing material. We are now ready to trim the piece to size to fit the main tube, at the same time allowing the baffle rack to fit snugly. This required some simple math to determine the exact circumference of the main tubes interior. The next page shows this.
