127mm f/9.4 OTA Construction - OTA Internal CD Knife-Edge Baffles (knife-edge cut 1)

In order to cut the knife-edge openings into the four CD baffles, a circle cutter bit was used. To form the bevel on the correct orientation, the blade had to be reversed where the blades bevel face the outside as seen in the picture above. But, before we could get started, using painters tape we centered and attached the CD baffles to a sacrificial board that was clamped to the drill press table. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS BIT !!!
