127mm f/9.4 OTA Construction - OTA Internal CD Knife-Edge Baffles (knife-edge cut 2)

Here we see a knife-edge formed into the center of one of the four baffles that will be installed into the 127mm f/9.4 "BGRP" refractor. The circle cutter bit did a fantastic job of performing this task. Once all four CD baffles have been created, I will begin making the 1/4" inch plywood backer boards for each of the baffles.
