127mm f/9.4 OTA Construction - OTA Internal CD Knife-Edge Baffles (backer board cut)

Backer board were cut from luan plywood to help support the limp CD knife-edge baffles... (Click for enlarged view)

After finishing the CD baffles, I discovered that they were quite limp and would not be able to be used as is. I had to come up with a means of making them stiff. Thanks to my trusty collection of remnant wood pieces. In the collection, I found a nice piece of 1/4" luan plywood that I could use to cut out backer boards for the CD baffles. First, I cut out the inside hole for each of the four varying size baffles. Then I used my 5" inch hole saw on my drill press to cut them out; one for each CD baffle.
