127mm f/9.4 OTA Construction - OTA Internal CD Knife-Edge Baffles (baffle assembly)

To assemble each of the four baffles, a knife-edge CD baffle was glued to its corresponding backer board to instill rigidity and provide better support. Both of these parts were cut to the main tube's inside diameter.

Here we have the parts for one baffle getting ready to be glued together. When gluing together, the sharp edge side of the CD knife-edge should face away from the wooden backer board for maximum effectiveness. I used Amazing Goop® adhesive applying it in dabs using a match stick.
