127mm f/9.4 OTA Construction - OTA Internal CD Knife-Edge Baffles (baffles assembled 1)

This shot shows all CD baffles glued to their respective backer board. You can easily make out the dabs of Amazing Goop® adhesive through the CDs used to glue together the parts. Upon closer inspection, you will note that the knife-edge for each baffle faces away from the backer board. In this orientation, stray light intrusion will be reduced significantly. This side will face the front, or objective lens end of the telescope.
