| Once
the arms were attached to the sides of the RA Axis Box, and the left and
right Declination Axis, the Braces were added to the tips of the arms, the
left and right braces for the lower ends of the arms were also installed.
Waterproof wood glue was applied between the arm and the lower brace and
five 1 5/8" inch woodscrews were drilled through all three layers (internal RA
Axis Box sides, Fork Arm, and Lower Brace), which created in essence a
nearly single 2 1/4" inch thick intersection of plywood at one of the
most critical structural points of the mount. Sorry... not one of my
