Fork Mount Construction - Installation of Front Fork Tine Fascia

 

Installation of Front Fork Tine Fascia (Click for enlarged view)

 
As seen in the photo above, we have installed the Front Fork Tine Fascia to the fork mount chassis. The attached front fascia is lying face down on the floor . The central divider between the two fascia plates has also been installed. As with all adjoining surfaces, wood glue and woodscrews were used to affix these components to the chassis. We are now ready to attach the rear fascia plates and spacer to complete cladding of the mount.
