Fork Mount Base Construction - Base Platform and Chassis Assembly

Now that all of the components are cut out for the Fork Mount Base and ready for assembly, we can begin its construction. Here we present the joining of the Base Platform and Chassis Assembly using waterproof wood glue and screws. The Chassis Assembly lends sufficient anti-flexure properties to the Base Platform to resist bending, warping, and flexing. The dimensions of this configuration are about 32" L x 32" W x 2.250" in thickness.
