This
photo shows the completed RA Axis Box ready for the installment of the
left and right arms that make up the Fork Tines. To complete the RA Axis
Box's construction, the top section holding the shaft is slipped through the
flange of the bottom section of the RA Axis Box. Once aligned,
holes were drilled in the lower flange in the same manner as the
top section and securely fastened after the top section is attached to
the box using waterproof wood glue and woodscrews. This combination
makes for a truly solid and stable structure.
