SAO 10” 'GARY BARABINO' NEWTONIAN FORK MOUNT CONSTRUCTION STEPS   Part 2 of 3

Now that we have completed cutting out the parts that will make up the Fork Mount head (as depicted on the "Fork Mount Construction Components" page), it is now time to assemble the solidly designed unit for the SAO's 10" 'Gary Barabino' Newtonian. Cabinet grade Birch plywood has been used throughout its construction. To begin the showcase tour of the construction process, you may begin by clicking on the first photo in the upper left hand corner. We hope that every interested amateur viewing these procedures will find here something that will inspire them in their telescope making project. Please note that this design can be easily altered to accommodate different sized Newtonians. After reviewing the above pictures and procedures, Part 2 of this labor of love continues by clicking on the purple arrow to the right.
